Company Description Who is HelloKindred HelloKindred are specialists in staffing marketing creative and technology roles offering a range of talent solutions that can be delivered on-site remotely or hybrid Our vision is to make work accessible and people s lives better We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers - connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands Open to Hyderabad Bangalore Pune Anticipated Contract End Date Length Perm Position Work Set Up Hybrid Our client in the global digital services industry is seeking a proactive Corporate Marketing Associate to support their global marketing team across corporate communications analyst relations media engagement and digital initiatives This role offers exposure to a high-performing global organisation where marketing brand and corporate reputation come together to tell one unified story The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and teams worldwide to execute projects that strengthen the organisation s corporate visibility and thought leadership What you will do Corporate Marketing Support Assist in developing and coordinating corporate campaigns messaging and leadership communications Support brand alignment across internal and external materials Website Digital Content Draft edit and update content for the corporate website ensuring accuracy and tone consistency Partner with design and digital teams to manage updates press releases and new content postings Analyst Relations AR Provide logistical and research support for analyst briefings inquiries and report tracking Maintain databases coordinate materials and monitor analyst mentions and insights Media Support Assist in media monitoring tracking coverage and preparing reports Support award submissions media lists and press engagement logistics Special Projects Contribute to high-visibility projects across marketing communications and executive engagement Research coordinate deliverables and support event or announcement planning Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to the Head of AR Media Corporate Marketing Manage calendars coordinate meetings prepare briefing documents and support budget tracking and vendor coordination Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in Corporate Marketing Communications or Analyst Media Relations IT services experience preferred Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with CRM CMS or media monitoring tools a plus Additional Information Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in without requiring sponsorship We appreciate your interest in this opportunity Please note only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted HelloKindred is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race colour religion gender gender identity expression sexual orientation national origin disability age or veteran status
