Job Title Store Incharge - Steel DivisionDepartment Stores InventoryLocation RAIPUR Location Reports To Plant Manager Operations ManagerIndustry Steel Metal ManufacturingJob Purpose To manage and oversee all store activities including receipt storage issuance and inventory management of raw materials consumables spare parts and finished goods in a steel manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory levels using ERP or manual systems Ensure regular stock audits and reconciliation Monitor material movement to minimize wastage and ensure FIFO LIFO practices Material Handling Supervise loading and unloading of steel materials consumables and tools Coordinate with production and procurement departments for material requirements Documentation Reporting Maintain GRNs Goods Receipt Notes issue slips stock registers and delivery challans Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory reports Ensure compliance with internal and external audits Team Management Supervise storekeepers helpers and forklift crane operators Provide training and enforce safety guidelines for store operations Coordination Work closely with Purchase Production Quality Control and Accounts departments Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials Safety Compliance Ensure proper storage practices for steel coils rods billets and chemicals Comply with ISO OSHA and company-specific safety standards Qualifications Skills Diploma Graduate in Logistics Inventory Management or related field 5 years of experience in a steel or heavy manufacturing industry Knowledge of ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally etc Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory management software Strong organizational and leadership skills Understanding of steel grades weight measurements MT Kg and safe stacking procedures Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location In person
