The company has offices in both India and the United States. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Administrator to support US employee benefits operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and prior experience or exposure to the US Healthcare or Employee Benefits domain. This is a full-time Work From Office role based out of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. Role Description - Implements and administers employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. - Ensures HIPPA compliance and data privacy - Communicates benefits information to employees, including new hires and existing employees. - Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits. - Manages billing and payments for employee benefit programs. - Resolves issues related to employee benefits, including claims and eligibility. - Maintains accurate employee benefits records and files. - Assists with the preparation of annual reports and audits related to employee benefits. - Provides support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. - Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. - Customer service oriented.
