Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor (Marketing) to craft visually compelling stories that elevate Enout's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, adept at turning concepts into engaging videos, and skilled in producing content for social media, marketing campaigns, and client showcases. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to bring ideas to life through high-quality visuals. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube. - Transform scripts, campaigns, and ideas into compelling visual narratives. - Create video content for brand campaigns, client success stories, and event highlights. - Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and text overlays to enhance storytelling. - Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios. - Stay updated with trends, editing techniques, and visual styles relevant to social media and brand storytelling. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. - Contribute creative ideas for video-led marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, Marketing, or a related field. - 13 years of hands-on experience in video editing, ideally in a marketing or social media context. - Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound synchronization. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or sound design is a plus. - Experience creating videos for events, brand storytelling, or experiential content is an advantage.
