Job Description Job Description Profile SAP S4HANA technical consultant Experience 6+ years Quick Roles and Responsibility - Candidate should be strong in Core ABAP + S4HANA ImplementationMigration - Good handson knowledge on Core ABAP and OOABAP RICEFW - Must have Implementation and Migration to S4HANA. - Not required to have SAP certified but should be having handson experience and knowledge is required. OData, CDS, AMDP, RAP - Should be an individual contributor. - Good to have BTP, Fiori, UI5, ML, and AI knowledge. - Good in learning and explore new SAP technology. - Must have good attitude. ROLE Senior SAP ABAP Consultant Role Description The Sr ABAP Consultant is a critical role related to implementation of custom developments and technology solutions involving diagnosis, analysis and transformation of business functions in a project. The following are key responsibilities Architecting, designing and helping successful implementations of SAP S4 HANA in customer organizations. Liaising with Delivery Teams to help grow the Business around upcoming technical features in line with Organizational strategy and goals. Mentoring Junior ABAP or Technical Team members within the Organization. Drive with building Assets and Accelerators in SAP ABAP and other niche technical areas. Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones Technical footprint globally. Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve. Qualifications And Experience 13 plus years of experience in SAP ABAP. At least 3 end to end implementations not including rollouts Experience in SAP S4HANA, SAP Certification would be an added advantage PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Sound understanding of one end to end processes like MM, PP, SD, Supply Chain etc. Expertise in at least one industry e.g. Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemical, Life Sciences etc. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Expert in developing WRICEF objects using Core ABAP, OO ABAP, ALV, Smart Forms or Adobe Forms, BDCs, BAPIs, Reports, Modulepool Programming, Enhancement Frameworks like BADI or User exits, Workflows, Interfaces, Standard SAP code debugging, ABAP Proxies, Transport Requests, 3rd party integration approaches with SAP. Good level of understanding of various modules of SAP ECC or S4HANA with expertise in at least 2 modules. Deep knowledge and experience in end to end implementation projects in ABAP. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. Ability to architect end to end technical solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules. Ability to work on complex development scenarios along with writing Technical Specifications. Very good understanding of development standards, limitations, performance optimization techniques. Should be skilled enough to prepare development charter, highlight probable technical challenges, should be able to work hand in hand with Functional, Basis and Business. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written. Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment. Should have ability to manage customer expectations and deal diligently as per the need of the situation. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve organizational goals.
