Job Title: Associate Talent Evangelist Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Freshers (B.Tech Passouts) About the Role: As an Associate Talent Evangelist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for our organization. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates, primarily from technical backgrounds. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about people, technology, and building strong professional networks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in campus engagement and talent outreach programs. - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, academic institutions, and training partners. - Support talent acquisition initiatives through online and offline channels. - Participate in career fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote the organization’s employer brand. - Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent requirements and recruitment strategies. - Contribute to social media campaigns and content creation related to employer branding. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Required Qualifications: - B.Tech (any specialization) from a recognized university. - Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders. - Passion for technology, people, and building communities. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms (, Instagram, etc.). Preferred Skills: - Interest in HR, recruitment, or employer branding. - Event coordination or public speaking experience (college fests, technical events, etc.). - Basic understanding of the IT/Tech industry.
