Were looking for a sharp and proactive Client Servicing professional to manage day-to-day communication, execution, and coordination between internal teams and the client.

Position: Junior Client Servicing Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver on briefs.
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and expectations efficiently.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders.
- Assist in developing client presentations, reports, and status trackers

Required Skills:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 12 years of hands-on experience in client servicing.
- Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to digital trends.
- Proven track record in client servicing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing clients & delivering to standards.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in advertising/marketing.
- Skilled in team & project management, timelines, and client expectations.
- Strong understanding of content, creative, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
