Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Instagram Reels Video Editor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a good eye for design, and the ability to create engaging and trendy short-form content tailored for Instagram audiences. Responsibilities - Edit high-quality Instagram Reels aligned with client branding and messaging. - Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to ensure consistent visual style and tone. - Stay updated on current trends in Instagram Reels and adapt content accordingly. - Manage tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of output. - Provide creative input to enhance video concepts and designs. Requirements - Edit two high-quality Instagram Reels per day aligned with client branding and messaging. - Proven experience in editing Instagram Reels or similar short-form content. - Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of Instagram trends, transitions, and formats. - Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Who We Don’t Need To ensure a perfect fit for this role, please do not apply if you: - Are primarily a VFX editor, animator, or film editor focused on cinematic or feature-length projects. - Are a videographer whose expertise is primarily in shooting, not editing. - Are a graphic designer with limited experience in video editing for Instagram Reels. - Lack of familiarity with Instagram’s unique trends, transitions, and audience preferences. Pay and Benefits - CTC [Monthly]: ₹27,000 - ₹32,000 based on experience and performance. - Flexible work hours, provided deadlines are met. - Competitive salary with room for growth based on performance. - Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. - Be part of a dynamic and creative team shaping the future of personal branding.
