Summary Support marketing functions to increase sales and brand awareness by developing and supporting digital materials and systems Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implements innovative and cohesive Marketing tools Ensures the continuity and creative design of promotional materials print media direct mail and other marketing materials to standardize look and feel Monitors internal documents and websites to maintain the look and feel Assists the Marketing Manager in the planning development and implementation of innovative advertising and trade-show programs tailored to specific foreign and domestic market needs Updates and manages all company websites continually optimizes the companys web presence to increase customer traffic and improve organization of information Ensures all website information is up to date to promote an accurate and professional company image Updates and manages all company mobile applications Provides video editing and conversion support Uploads and edits video files into the requested formats and archive files for future reference Develops and maintains mobile applications uploads and updates content via content management system and resolve performance issues to ensure a reliable relevant sales tool Conducts market research to identify marketing opportunities Monitors brand status and competitive landscape for Concrete Products equipment Helps to define niche market focal points and tailors marketing materials to actively pursue these markets Supports domestic and international sales channels Provides sales support by implementing new or updated marketing materials to meet specific customer or industry needs Develops and proofreads the content of all print advertisements brochures videos press releases to maintain marketing materials quality Facilitates the distribution of promotional materials to the sales team Supports internal and external customer service Understands and documents internal and external customer needs and expectations Communicates to appropriate team s when an expectation will not be met Decision Making Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department May contribute to business or operational decisions that affect the department Problem Solving- Problems are highly varied complex and often non-recurring require novel and creative approaches to resolution New concepts and approaches may have to be developed Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contributes to the continuous improvement effort Documents processes and procedures eliminates non-value added activities and participates in cross function CI teams Maintains professional and technical knowledge Establishes personal networks participates in professional societies attends professional workshops and reviews publications Contributes to team effort Willing to attempt new assignments or fill in for others as needed accomplishes other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and or ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Knowledge skills and or abilities Knowledge- Software Advanced Adobe Creative Suite Final Cut Pro Video Editing Software Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher and Outlook Skills Advanced Analytical Computer Technical Written and Oral Communication DSLR Photo and Video Camera Operation Intermediate Project Process Management Advertising publication design website design and trade show implementation Basic Clerical Secretarial Abilities Ability to provide a respectful work environment for others Ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere Education and or Experience High School Diploma or GED required Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Technology Graphic Design preferred 3-5 years in Marketing Advertising
