Business Development - Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to broaden client's market reach across various sub-sectors. Team Building and Training - Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, motivation, and accountability.
