Job Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Manager located in Chennai. The Website Manager will be responsible for uploading products on the website and managing a team of graphic designers. They are responsible for all the processes regarding the functionality of website. Knowledge about textile products and experience with the Shopify platform is beneficial but not necessary. Core Responsibilities - Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain page speed by ensuring all uploads are within size limits - Timely upload of products and ensuring products are classified in the correct product categories as per guidelines - Dispatching of orders - Co-ordinate witih different teams to receive products for uploads - Ensure the website meets all relevant legal requirements, accessibility guidelines, and data protection regulations. - Replying to customer emails and queries Qualifications - Strong skills in Project Management and E-Commerce - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Marketing, or related field
