Key Responsibilities of SAP SD Functional Consultant

General Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales & Distribution.
- Design and configure SAP SD module (sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, shipping).
- Prepare and maintain business process documents and configuration documents.
- Work on master data management (customer master, material master, pricing conditions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) for seamless integration.
- Handle system customizations and enhancements using standard SAP tools.
- Write functional specifications for ABAP developments (custom reports, user exits, enhancements).
- Test SD processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Support users with day-to-day transactional errors or process clarifications.
