Campaign Management & Optimization: - Plan and execute growth-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant portals. - Optimize campaigns using metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and average order value. - Continuously review campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI. 1. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights. - Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-backed optimizations. 1. Creative Strategy: - Plan and test creative content and audience strategies to drive engagement and conversions. - Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely implementation of campaign creatives. - Develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to different platforms. 1. Testing & Continuous Improvement: - Conduct A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and messaging. - Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to refine marketing strategies. Must-Have Skills: - 1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling ad content and messaging. - Proven experience in campaign optimization to enhance ROI and conversion rates. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
