Job Description

We're Hiring: International Telesales & VIP Services Executives

Location: Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka/Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072 (Near Piknik Hotel)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 11 PM 9 AM (Night Shift) | 2 Rotational Offs/Week

Salary: Competitive with Attractive Incentives

Languages: English + Hindi (Mandatory)

2. VIP Services Executive (Customer Service + Renewals)

1. International Telesales Executive (Outbound)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to international customers.
- Promote and sell products/services effectively.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Telesales / Collections / Upselling / Renewals.
- Qualification: SSC (10th pass) or above.
- Age: 23 39 years.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Skills: Target-oriented, persuasive, and good with international customer handling.

2. VIP Services Executive (Customer Service + Renewals)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high-value/VIP customer accounts.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to renewals, upselling, and issue resolution.
- Ensure customer retention through excellent service.
- Maintain CRM data and follow up regularly for renewals.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Customer Service + Sales / Upselling / Renewals.
- Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
- Age: 24 37 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer relationship management, and upselling ability.
