Would you like to take the next step in your career and be part of our highly qualified team Job Title: Senior Solution Architect SAP FICO Experience: 13 to 15 Years max Job Location: Hyderabad Language Requirement: Fluent English (No mother tongue influence) Travel: May be required based on project needs Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Architect SAP FICO with 13to 15 years of strong functional and strategic leadership experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading large-scale finance transformation programs, driving solution architecture, and managing stakeholder expectations across global enterprises. This role requires excellent leadership, deep SAP FICO knowledge (including S/4HANA), and the ability to communicate effectively in fluent English without mother tongue influence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO transformation projects, including S/4HANA migrations, global rollouts, and greenfield implementations - Define solution architecture, ensure adherence to SAP best practices, and guide clients through system design and configuration - Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Program Sponsors - Provide strategic oversight to teams across functional areas (FI, CO, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, etc.) - Ensure tight integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR - Drive innovation, process improvement, and digital finance strategies within client environments - Contribute to practice growth through mentorship, solution development, and support for pre-sales activities - Prepare executive-level documentation, proposals, and deliverables - Travel to client sites when required for workshops, presentations, or key project phases Required Skills & Experience: - 13 to 15 years of experience in SAP FICO, with strong domain knowledge in Financial Accounting and Controlling - Deep understanding of FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA) - Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance (preferred) - Proven track record of leading large, global SAP programs across multiple industries or regions - Strong team management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills - Ability to work across business and technical teams, influencing decisions at the executive level - Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with no mother tongue influence Preferred Qualifications: - SAP Certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance - Experience in consulting, system integration, or leadership roles in SAP Gold Partner organizations - Familiarity with financial compliance standards (IFRS, SOX, local GAAPs) - Experience with Agile/SAP Activate methodologies - Industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods - Exposure to Treasury, Tax, and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) is a plus Do you have questions - We are looking forward to receiving your complete application documents (cover letter, CV and references) stating the earliest date you could start.
