We are seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant with 2-7 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
- Assist in tax planning and compliance, including preparation of tax returns.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial records and ledgers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of taxation laws and compliance in India.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
