SkillTech is Edtech company focusing on online education to corporates and individuals. We mostly training people on various online learning and social media platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing strategy development, communication, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote educational services, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic and engagement.

2. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and promotes educational services.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase visibility.

5. Email Marketing: Create and send regular newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email campaigns to subscribers, customers, and prospects.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and email marketing performance to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing strategies.

7. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

8. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the edtech industry.

2. Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with experience in social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, segmentation, positioning, and messaging.

4. Excellent communication, writing, and design skills.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies.
