Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Engage with the client and key stakeholders within client organizations - solutions, verticals, and regional teams - to understand the client's focus areas in particular markets and align deliverables to clients focus areas - Data analysis & messaging presentation: Mine raw secondary data/content to provide headline findings and deep dive analysis in a format that enables key stakeholders to understand the insight and aide strategic decision-making on accounts. - Consider trend patterns (past and future) and provide key finding analysis that is aligned and/or framed to support sales and account team to get actionable insight. - Identify data interlocks with related material from complementary research programs within analytics - Prepare key finding reports/perform deep dive analysis for senior management audience. - Accountability: Ownership of overall quality check of the market insight profiles based on set process and parameters. Work hands-on on complex and simple tasks of the study as and when required especially on studies done to support the senior management - Adhoc research: Provide targeted, and crisp answers to the requestor's query in a short span of 1-2 days leveraging as much existing data as possible - Work on various queries received w.r.t market sizing. Ability to understand the use of different databases. Ability to extract, collate, refine and present the data in a coherent manner Experience & Qualifications: - A minimum of 3-5 years of full-time work experience in a research and consulting setting, with a track record in information technology and telecom domain - Minimum master's or equivalent degree in role related area; or significant marketing/data analysis experience with role-related Technology/Business qualification. - Database knowledge is an added advantage (e.g. Bloomberg, Factiva, Gartner, Globaldata, Omdia, IDc contracts database, TBRi, Capital IQ, Hoovers, Factiva, Statista, etc.) - Strong business analysis skills preferred - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Word, etc. - Strong writing skills including the ability to identify and surmise key messaging - Ability to work in fast paces environment
