Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our clients' digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to manage a team of digital marketing specialists and ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients to meet their business objectives.
2. Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns across various digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Team Leadership and Management:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
2. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team meets its goals.
3. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
4. Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with company culture and objectives.
5. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
- Client Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
2. Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and optimization plans to clients.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Content and Creative Oversight:
1. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
2. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client goals.
- Market Research and Trends:
