We are looking for a visionary Program Managersomeone who is smart, hands-on, and a strategic thinkerto conceptualize, build, and run our new learning academy from the ground up. This role is about defining how we will successfully enter the training space and create a self-sustaining talent engine. As the Academy Lead/Manager, your primary role is to act as the founding conceptualizer and program architect. You will spearhead a high-impact, two-phased project that establishes our in-house training capabilities and simultaneously builds a talent pipeline through strategic external partnerships. Phase 1: Conceptualizing and Launching the Purplle In-House Academy You will be responsible for the end-to-end vision, design, and launch of our internal academy, focused on training world-class retail sales performers for the beauty industry. - Vision & Framework: Conceptualize and define the Academy's overarching framework, operational blueprint, and market entry strategy. - Program Architecture: Be the primary program manager, utilizing processes to develop comprehensive business plans, define the project pipeline, track progress against strategic milestones, and continuously communicate the vision and progress. - Curriculum Design: Plan and oversee all core strategic aspects, including Curriculum Structure in conjunction with SMEs, learner journey from Onboarding through program execution, ensuring Successful Graduation, and facilitating structured Placement into the Purplle retail sales force. - Learner Engagement: Own the process of attracting and signing up the inaugural cohorts. This involves defining the messaging for interested learners, executing on-ground outreach and events, and refining the value proposition of our courses. - Growth Strategy: Identify and develop strategies to continuously grow the Academy's reach, capacity, and overall impact. Phase 2: Defining External Talent Pipelines & Partnerships You will strategically build and manage collaborations with leading vocational and beauty academies across India to ensure a healthy, consistent intake of pre-trained talent for our store pool. - Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with institutions like TATA Strive, VLCC, Lakm, Regional AWWA, and other locally run academies. - Collaboration Management: Oversee and strategically support all phases of the external collaborations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality flow of talent into our system. - Industry Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with vocational schools and strengthening industry partnerships to enhance the Academy's credibility. - Structural Planning: Guide the development of vocational programs and placement strategies to successfully integrate graduates into the workforce. - Forecasting & Modeling: Create detailed development plans and accurate growth projections for the Academy's capacity, resource needs, and placement numbers. - Stakeholder Alignment: Manage and support all strategic phases of the Academy and external collaborations, ensuring clear alignment across internal teams and external partners. - Conceptual Thinking & Ownership: A strong drive for success; the ability to visualize a complex program from scratch and translate that vision into an actionable plan.
