We're proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will lead programming activities for clinical studies, oversee data analysis outputs, and play a key role in CDISC ADaM programming to deliver high quality study results. What You Will Be Doing . Lead programming deliverables for assigned studies ensuring quality, compliance and timelines . Build, validate and run statistical programs for ADaM datasets, tables, listings and figures . Develop and maintain standard macros and programming tools . Provide programming guidance and mentorship to junior team members . Perform quality review of deliverables and support audits as needed . Collaborate with cross functional teams to support study execution and data insights Your Profile . Bachelor's degree in a scientific or quantitative field master's or PhD desirable . 6+ years experience in statistical programming within clinical research . Strong SAS skills with hands on experience in ADaM and SDTM standards . Working knowledge of R programming . Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP and regulatory expectations .
