Conduct live and/or virtual training sessions on core PHP, Laravel (or CodeIgniter/Symfony), REST API development, and front‑end fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery/AJAX, optionally Vue.js or React)Create, update, and maintain training materials: slides, exercises, quizzes, projects, assessments.Mentor learners individually or in groups, review code submissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback.Assess student progress via evaluations, tests, and capstone projects; adapt training as needed.Stay current with PHP and full‑stack technology updates to ensure curriculum relevance.Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum teams to improve course offerings and student outcomesRequired Skills & Competencies Technical Skills: Expertise in PHP programming language, including PHP 7 and PHP 8 versions. Strong understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and JSON. Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, or CakePHP. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and database design. Basic understanding of Linux commands and server environments is a plus. Training & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if applicable). Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginners. Patience and empathy to handle diverse learner backgrounds and skill levels. Strong presentation and classroom management skills. Soft Skills: Passion for teaching and mentoring. Adaptability to different training formats: classroom, online live sessions, and recorded modules. Time management skills to plan and deliver courses within deadlines.
