We Are Hiring Sales Operation Manager In Ahmedabad Sales Operations Executive Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to manage and support sales processes while also overseeing key operational functions The ideal candidate will be involved in sales and marketing initiatives manage internal processes and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals Key Responsibilities Actively participate in sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth Analyze sales trends and data to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies Manage and improve sales processes tools and team performance Prepare sales reports presentations and performance metrics for internal stakeholders Maintain detailed client records and ensure a smooth sales-to-service transition Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality Represent the company at trade shows industry events and client meetings Regularly collect and act on customer feedback to improve products and services Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with legal standards Train guide and support sales and operational teams to enhance productivity and efficiency Additional Responsibilities Develop and enforce standard operating procedures SOPs Manage forecasting budgeting and resource allocation processes Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching Ensure adherence to health and safety policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or similar role Strong analytical communication and project management skills Proficiency in CRM systems MS Office and reporting tools Willingness to travel as needed
