Job Description About the Company Established in 1996, Hilite Group is a diversified conglomerate headquartered in Kozhikode, Kerala. About the Role Act as primary contact for customers and handle all enquiries professionally. Responsibilities - Manage leads, follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions. - Provide information about property features, pricing, and documentation during client interactions. - Coordinate and conduct property site visits for clients. - Maintain customer reports and update information in CRM systems. - Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly. - Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, accounts, and legal for smooth customer service. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any subject. - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations in real estate or automobile industry. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Knowledge of real estate market and documentation. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
