We are looking for a skilled Telecom Tester (OSS/BSS) with strong experience in manual testing across Telecom domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, Inventory, and other related systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of telecom applications through structured testing practices. ️ Roles & Responsibilities - Perform end-to-end manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of telecom applications. - Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements. - Utilize automated test scripts for Functional & Regression testing. - Conduct weekly regression testing across environments and present test results to stakeholders. - Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring clear documentation. - Collaborate with development, design, and environment support teams for requirement clarity and defect resolution. - Participate in defect triage and troubleshooting calls, assigning issues to the appropriate teams. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for telecom applications. - Prepare and publish test execution status reports and closure reports. - Support in creating test data and tools required for testing activities. - Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in telecom testing. - Develop additional regression test cases and automate them using relevant automation tools. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of Telecom domain manual testing experience.
