Job Description We are looking for aManual Tester (STB/OTT)with 35 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Set-Top Box (STB) and Over-the-Top (OTT) applications, ensuring product quality and performance across devices and platforms. Responsibilities - Perform end-to-endmanual testingof STB and OTT platforms, including functional, UI, and regression testing. - Validate firmware updates, integrations, and application behavior across multiple environments. - Prepare detailedtest plans, test cases, and defect reportsin alignment with project requirements. - Work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues. - Engage directly withclientsto provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure smooth delivery of QA milestones. - UtilizeYouboraandOpenSearchtools for analytics, monitoring, and debugging test results. - Support firmware validation and perform compatibility checks across devices and versions. - Contribute to QA process improvement and best practices within the project team. Skills and Qualifications - 45 years of experience inManual TestingwithinSTB and OTTdomains. - Strong understanding ofQA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking tools. - Experience working withYouboraandOpenSearchfor log analysis and performance insights. - Good knowledge ofFirmware testingand device-level validations. - Excellentcommunication skillswith proven ability to engage effectively withclientsand cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
