Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support the implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including: - Ariba Buying and Invoicing (P2P) - Ariba Sourcing - Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) - Ariba Contracts - Gather business requirements, perform system configuration, and deliver functional designs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design end-to-end procurement workflows. - Configure approval workflows, catalogs, master data sync, and Ariba network connections. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support. - Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or third-party ERP systems using CI9, SAP CPI, or middleware. - Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and manage change requests. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and data standards. Qualifications & Skills: Essential: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation or support. - Hands-on configuration experience with at least one of the key Ariba modules. - Strong knowledge of P2P, S2P, contract management, or supplier onboarding processes. - Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using standard adapters or middleware. - Excellent understanding of Ariba Network, catalogs, and supplier enablement. Desirable: - SAP Ariba certifications (e.g., Ariba P2P, Ariba Sourcing). - Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or Ariba API integrations. - Exposure to SAP Fieldglass, Concur, or SuccessFactors (for integrated procurement scenarios). - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
