Academics Coordinator

Job Description Major Responsibilities: - Oversee student performance by collecting feedback from faculty and sharing performance reports with students and their parents. - Collaborate with faculty to identify monthly best performers and coordinate with the Digital Marketing (DM) team for recognition. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, regularly collecting class feedback. - Identify and escalate student or parent issues to management with timely reporting. - Prepare reports and documentation related to student activities within defined timelines. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date information entry in the student management software and other related administrative tasks. - Gain thorough knowledge of each course to advise students on potential career paths and help set realistic career goals when needed. - Participate in ad hoc projects and activities contributing to organizational growth and success. Desired Profile: - Graduation in any discipline. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in education or student relations. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting. - Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
