Role Description

This is a full-time (equity-based) role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Jobslet, based in Bengaluru. The CTO will oversee software development, lead IT strategy, manage project timelines, and drive architecture and product development. The CTO will work closely with other executives to align technology initiatives with overall business goals, ensure timely delivery of products, and innovate cutting-edge solutions for our B2C LLM (Language Model) and WhatsApp-based hyper-personalized job search platform.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Software Development and Product Development
- Strong skills in IT Strategy and Architecture
- Project Management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the job search or recruitment industry preferred
