Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven Associate | Valuations & Advisory to join our team. This role offers significant exposure to real estate advisory, encompassing research, feasibility studies, and financial modeling. You will be primarily responsible for project execution and delivery, with additional support for business development. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills, particularly in report writing and financial analysis, and be adept at handling client queries.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Real Estate Advisory & Analysis:
- Conduct research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, and highest & best use reports.
- Develop and apply financial modeling & concepts to various real estate projects.
- Project Execution & Client Management:
- Handle project execution and delivery, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Address and resolve client queries effectively.
- Conduct site inspections as required.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain a comprehensive database of projects, developers, investors, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and finalize various reports, including feasibility reports and market research reports.
- Create compelling presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business Development Support:
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and contributing to new mandates.

Skills

- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in report writing, including in-depth knowledge of feasibility and market research reports.
- Expertise in financial modeling.
- Ability to conduct thorough market surveys.
- Self-driven with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent client query handling abilities.

Qualifications

- A Postgraduate qualification is a must.
- Professional experience in a similar role.
