Role Overview

As a Network Engineer at RVS iGlobal, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks that support our global clients. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with IT teams across regions to ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability.
- Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with industry standards.
- Support network migrations and upgrades, including cloud and hybrid environments.
- Document configurations, processes, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to deliver seamless support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
- Strong knowledge of firewall management and VPN technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with global clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Juniper certifications.
