Inviting applications for the role of PrincipalConsultant_Oracle Apps SCM Technical Developer

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Oracle Apps SCM Technical Developer with strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2. The ideal candidate will have experience leading small teams, developing and customizing various Oracle components, and fine-tuning application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain custom solutions in Oracle Forms and Reports

- Optimize PL/SQL code and database interactions for performance

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle Workflows

- Implement and support ISG RESTful services and Business Events

- Build and maintain BIP (BI Publisher) reports

- Customize AME (Approval Management Engine) workflows

- Perform Forms personalization and performance optimization

- Develop and manage interfaces and conversion programs

- Mentor and support junior team members as needed

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications-

- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2

- Proficient in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL

- Experience with Oracle Workflow and AME

- Hands-on expertise with ISG RESTful services

- Familiar with Business Events, BIP, and personalization tools

- Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications-

- Prior experience managing teams of developers or consultants

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
