Job Description - Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of all company facilities including offices, warehouses, and production sites - Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) - Oversee security, cleaning, and janitorial services to ensure a safe and clean environment - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards - Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance - Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers - Coordinate space planning and office relocations or expansions as needed - Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs - Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or issues - Maintain records of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation - Lead and supervise facilities staff and contractors - Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related operations role - Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards - Experience with facility management software and tools (e.g., CMMS) preferred
