Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Databricks professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and be proficient in leveraging Azure Databricks to build robust data solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Databricks to process large datasets efficiently.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to build scalable and maintainable data solutions.
- Optimize existing Databricks workflows for performance and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Databricks jobs to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and architectures.

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Apache Spark and Databricks platform.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Ability to analyze and visualize data using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
