Deveops - Terraform & Ansible Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 DevOps Operations Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to lead and optimize our cloud infrastructure CI CD pipelines and DevOps processes The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern cloud technologies and DevOps tools Working shift Only USA shift permanentKey Responsibilities1 CI CD Pipeline Management Design develop and maintain robust CI CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve delivery times Set up and manage Jenkins pipelines integrating them with GitHub for efficient source code management 4 Infrastructure Automation Configure and manage infrastructure and applications using Terraform Ansible and Jenkins Leverage Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management as Infrastructure as Code IaC Troubleshoot and optimize Terraform and Ansible configurations to ensure reliability and efficiency 8 Cloud Infrastructure Management Oversee the daily management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure primarily on platforms like Google Cloud Azure or AWS knowledge will be addon Oversee deployment of Cloud Infrastructure like VMs disks instance groups load balancers and storage buckets file store instances etc Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency scalability and performance Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency 13 Tool and Technology Implementation Lead the setup of new Ansible and Jenkins infrastructures Develop manage and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration 17 Incident Management and Escalation Serve as the highest point of escalation for critical incidents providing expert-level support to resolve issues quickly and effectively 19 Collaboration and Documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps development and IT to ensure seamless operations Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud configurations processes and procedures 22 Continuous Improvement Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in cloud operations DevOps processes and tools Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Level 3 DevOps Operations Engineer Strong expertise in designing and managing CI CD pipelines and related troubleshooting Advanced proficiency with Terraform including cloud resource deployment and automation Terraform Associate certification strongly preferred Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management including writing and managing playbooks Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services IaaS PaaS SaaS with specific expertise in Google Cloud GCP AWS pr Azure Experience in deploying the infrastructure like VMs disks instance groups load balancers and storage buckets file store instances etc Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act under pressure to resolve critical incidents Demonstrated ability to monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance efficiency Experience setting up and managing Jenkins infrastructures Preferred Qualifications Terraform Associate certification Cloud Admin Architect certification Previous experience in a large-scale enterprise cloud environment Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure
