We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with 6-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, and will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
