About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Utilities CCS Consultant to support implementation and enhancement of the Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service platform (CCS) for one of our key clients in the Utilities domain. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cloud-native utilities platforms impacting large-scale customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle Utilities CCS (Customer Cloud Service)

Configure and customize CCS modules (Customer Care, Billing, Payments, Field Services)

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

Perform solution design, technical configuration, and integration

Support migration, testing, training, and go-live phases

Work closely with Oracle and client-side teams in Agile delivery environments

Skills & Experience Required:

4–10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities (CC&B/CCS)

Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

Experience with cloud implementations (SaaS) is highly desirable

Hands-on in Java, Groovy scripting, XML/XSD, and configuration tools

Utilities domain knowledge (Billing, Metering, CRM) is a strong plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Oracle Certifications in Utilities or CCS

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs

Prior experience with data migration and cutover planning
