Job Title: Corporate Trainer Information Security Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Department: Training and Development Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer Information Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that promote information security awareness and best practices across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in cybersecurity and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable knowledge for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules on information security topics including: - Cybersecurity fundamentals - Phishing and social engineering - Secure coding practices - Data protection and privacy (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) - Password management and multi-factor authentication - Conduct security awareness programs for employees at all levels (technical and non-technical). - Collaborate with IT security, HR, and compliance teams to ensure training aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Develop customized training materials, manuals, and quick reference guides. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and knowledge checks. - Stay up to date with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in information security. - Assist in creating incident response training and tabletop exercises as needed. - Support onboarding programs by providing security orientation to new employees. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in information security training, IT security, or related roles. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices. - Experience with training tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, TalentLMS). - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. - Creative approach to content creation and engagement. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR) is a plus. - Relevant certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent training certifications.
