Hi All, Currently we have open position for Workday Adaptive and looking for strong candidate if interested pls apply or share resume - santhoshkumark@hcltech.com - TEXP - 7+ Yrs - Rexp - 5 Yrs - Location - Chennai, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore a - NP - 30/60 Days/ Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand planning needs and translate them into scalable solutions. - Design and build complex financial models, dashboards, and reports. - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. - Participate in business development activities including proposal writing and client presentations. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and solution adoption. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - 7+ years of experience in financial planning systems, with at least 5 years in Workday Adaptive Planning. - Minimum of 5 Adaptive Planning implementations. - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. - Workday Adaptive Planning certification highly preferred. - Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
