Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with AGEL s renewable energy project goals and long-term Power Purchase Agreements PPAs Oversee post-order management processes to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders for solar and wind farm projects Manage supplier vendor relationships to ensure quality cost-effectiveness and adherence to project timelines Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain operations with construction schedules for ongoing projects Optimize inventory management and logistics to support AGEL s operational portfolio of projects Deploy advanced technologies and analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency and decision-making Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with AGEL s sustainability standards Monitor and mitigate risks in the supply chain ensuring continuity and resilience Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability in supply chain operations Provide strategic insights and reports to the CEO supporting data-driven decision-making Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Operations or Supply Chain preferred Required Experience Proven expertise in supply chain management within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector Minimum 20 years of experience in post-order management order execution and supplier vendor management Demonstrated success in managing large-scale supply chain operations for utility-scale projects
