This role involves ownership of platform baselines, lifecycle management, and project delivery to ensure platform integrity. The individual will also provide expert-level support to internal teams and collaborate across functions to resolve complex technical issues. What You Will Do - Develop and deliver low-level platform designs for UC network platforms in alignment with project plans. - Own and manage the UC Network baseline and lifecycle. - Lead projects that maintain platform integrity and ensure timely delivery within budget. - Allocate and manage team resources to meet delivery commitments. - Provide advanced technical support to the UC 3rd line team for complex problem resolution. - Support TES teams with onboarding challenges and documentation updates. Who You Are - A professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in designing and deploying large-scale computing and networking infrastructure. - Skilled in technologies including CISCO 9K/7K/2K/1K, Catalyst 3x50, ASA, Juniper FW, HCS, routers, DCNM, Fabric Interconnect. - Proficient in IP routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF. - Familiarity with load balancers, SDN/NFV, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google CPS, Microsoft Azure) is desirable. - Experienced in system administration (Windows Servers, RedHat Enterprise) and router operating systems (iOS). - Capable of communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and senior stakeholders. - Holds a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or telecommunications. - Additional vendor or technical certifications are advantageous.
