Job Description:

- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals (basic accounting entries (expense booking/ Sales booking/Prepaid expense/Provisions/Reclass entries/Payroll related entries).
- Fixed assets accounting and depreciation calculation.
- Experience in accounting for vendor data management set up, vendor invoices processing, travel and entertainment reimbursement.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience and knowledge of compliances like tax deducted at Source (TDS) (Sections/Rate / applicability threshold) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliances.
- Monthly Financial close entries and Preparation of annual financial statements, financial statements review and statutory and tax audits.
- Experience of having worked in Tally accounting software is a must have.
- Vendor Reconciliations and balance confirmations.

Skills

Skills and qualification

- 2-4 years of experience as accounts executive.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Pursuing CA, ACCA, CPA would be an advantage.
- Book-keeping or financial analysis experience. Experience in audit firm or Finance team.
- Strong general accounting skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Works well both independently and in a team environment.

Office timings

Shift timing: 12 PM 9 PM
