Azure Support Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer specializing in Azure Integration Services to provide advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support for complex integration environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Functions, and Data Factory, and will play a key role in maintaining system stability, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities - Incident & Problem Management - Act as the final escalation point (L3) for Azure Integration Services incidents and problems. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across integration components (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Functions, Data Factory, etc.). - Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and develop preventive action plans. - Monitoring & Maintenance - Monitor integration solutions and proactively identify performance or availability issues. - Optimize workflows, connections, and pipelines for performance and cost-efficiency. - Maintain health dashboards and alerts using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. - Deployment & Configuration Support - Support CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments using Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Review and validate configuration changes before production releases. - Automation & Scripting - Develop PowerShell or Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and log analysis. - Implement automation to improve operational efficiency. - Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues. - Maintain up-to-date runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and KB articles. - Provide technical mentoring and guidance to L1/L2 support teams. Experience - Azure Integration Services: - Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management (APIM), Data Factory. - Monitoring & Logging: - Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Kusto Query Language (KQL). - Scripting & Tools: - PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates, YAML pipelines. - Integration Concepts: - REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks, Messaging Patterns. - DevOps Knowledge: - Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management. - Databases & Storage: - Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB (basic understanding).
