Job Purpose The Moulding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining moulding machines ensuring production of high-quality moulded components as per company standards Key Responsibilities Operate moulding machines Injection Compression Blow as applicable safely and efficiently Set up machines with correct moulds tools and parameters before starting production Monitor machine operation during production runs to ensure quality and consistency Perform regular checks on finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and defect-free output Report any machine malfunction defect or quality issue to the supervisor maintenance team immediately Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area as per 5S housekeeping standards Follow all safety protocols PPE requirements and company policies Assist in preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of moulding machines Maintain daily production records log sheets and quality check reports Cooperate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Key Skills Competencies Knowledge of moulding processes and machines Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic understanding of quality checks and measuring instruments vernier micrometer gauges etc Good physical stamina and attention to detail Safety-conscious and disciplined work habits Qualifications Experience Minimum 10th 12th pass or ITI Fitter Operator Plastic Processing preferred Experience 4-6 years as a moulding operator in manufacturing plastic rubber or metal components Freshers with technical knowledge may also be considered Job Type Full-time Pay 18 540 27 - 22 626 59 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
