Job Description Key Responsibilities - Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform. - Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals. - Provide administrative support, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth communication with onboarded professionals. - Maintain the database, streamlining processes and cleaning up data using strong organizational skills. Requirements - End-to-end ownership in execution and problem solving. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel. - 0-2 years of experience. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and able to handle multiple responsibilities. - Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English. - Must have a laptop. - Past experience in start-ups will be an advantage. - Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree. - Immediate joiner.
