Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced Windchill Migration Architect to lead our migration projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Windchill systems and a proven track record of successful migrations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design effective migration solutions and guide teams through the transition process. Responsibilities - Lead the migration of Windchill systems from legacy platforms to the latest versions. - Design and implement migration strategies tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data transfer and system integration. - Conduct thorough testing of migrated data and systems to ensure accuracy and functionality. - Provide technical guidance and support during the migration process. - Document migration processes and create user manuals for future reference. - Train internal teams on new processes and systems post-migration. Skills and Qualifications - 10-12 years of experience in Windchill implementations and migrations. - Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture and data models. - Proficiency in PTC Windchill software and related tools. - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
