Requires an in-depth knowledge of OpenText features and functionality, project management and data management. Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues reported by end users and create appropriate solutions to meet business needs utilizing various OpenText and other related tools such as Archive Server, Web Reports, Object Importer, and Enterprise Scan. Candidate should have strong technical and communication skills. 2Understand company needs to define system specifications 3Plan and design the structure of a technology solution 4Communicate system requirements to software development teams 5Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
