Correctly use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. - Read and interpret the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. - Operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. - Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background - Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering. - With Minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience in Transformers Manufacturing (Preference for Dry Transformers Manufacturing). - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required - Conducting the shop floor operations as per Hitachi Health & Safety guidelines. - Capable of operating the machines & equipment's in accordance with its work instructions & production standards. - Executes the assigned work in accordance with agreed work flows as per Hitachi Production Standards - Carries out routine set up & adjustments as well as simple repairs & fits simple replaceable parts - Maintains a clean & safer working area.
