Job Description This Job is based in Australia - Employment Type: Full time continuing - Remuneration: Competitive salary package - Location: UNSW Canberra City campus The Academic Director will be responsible for the academic vision and education strategy of the Institute. You will develop and oversee an education portfolio that bridges the divide between academic excellence and real-world application, equipping public policy professionals to respond to contemporary policy demands. Who You Are: You are a respected academic with deep expertise in public policy or a closely related field. With a strong background in curriculum design, educational innovation, and academic leadershipparticularly in professional or executive educationyou bring a passion for creating impactful learning experiences. You have a proven ability to engage with practitioners and translate complex theoretical concepts into practical, real-world applications. As a collaborative and strategic leader, you are committed to lifelong learning and dedicated to advancing workforce development in the public sector.
