About the Role: One of the fastest growing mid-size firms in Bangalore, is looking to hire a Chartered Accountant with 2-4 year of relevant experience for the role of Due Diligence Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Planning, executing, and managing Due Diligence projects.
- Managing teams of 1-2 resources and reporting to Partners.
- Ensuring relevant compliance.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountants with 2-3 years of experience in Due Diligence.

Required Skills:

- Prior experience in conducting due diligence.
- Relevant experience in due diligence reviews for small and medium-sized companies.
- Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques and Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and working knowledge of tax laws, company laws, and related laws applicable to audit.
- Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
- Strong time and team management and organizational skills.

- Deal with start-ups and mid and large corporates as most of our clientele falls in this bracket.
